Usage examples of "kheda".

Ritsem Caid spoke over the servant with broad good humour but Kheda saw the calculation in his eyes.

Kheda realised that Caid had only his personal slave and a few servants in attendance.

Kheda reminded Caid discreetly once they were out of earshot of the gardener.

Daish Reik had scooped up a handful of leaf litter and thrown it at Kheda.

Kheda recalled his incredulity when Daish Reik had first guided him through the words.

Daish Reik had laughed and clapped Kheda on the shoulder, brushing into oblivion the pattern of both earthly and heavenly compasses that he had so painstakingly drawn in the sand to illustrate some earlier point.

Kheda looked down warily to the white sand beneath his feet, mindful of the hazards Daish Reik had warned him about.

Kheda found the rope holding the oar to the thole pin had indeed worked slack.

Kheda began to swim upstream, sliding his overarm stroke smoothly into the water to avoid any sound of splashing.

As Kheda scrubbed at his watering eyes, he saw a new monster down on the sands.

Daish Reik had laughed and clapped Kheda on the shoulder, brushing into oblivion the pattern of both earthly and heavenly compasses that he had so painstakingly drawn in the sand to illustrate some earlier point.

Kheda and Risala shared a glance and he saw his own determination mirrored in her face.

Dev laughed as Kheda shivered and Risala recoiled from the tumble of splintered wood beside her.

The stench of disturbed death rose from the corpses and Kheda began hastily raking dirt into the hole while Risala scattered soil over the foulness where the bodies had lain.
